Processing Fees

In order to cover Visa/Mastercard transaction fees, there is a 3% processing fee added to credit card payments. There is no processing fee for cash and check payments.

The payment for the ikea goods and our services is due upon delivery. We cannot leave the merchandise unless we are fully reimbursed using a valid form of payment that we accept.

Shopping List

Shopping List Format

You can prepare and download your shopping list at ikea’s website. The shopping list has to be downloaded from ikea’s website as a PDF file.

In order to avoid any possible misinterpretation and to avoid the possibility of delivering the wrong items we can only accept shopping lists downloaded from ikea’s website in PDF format.

Shopping List Revisions

You can revise and update your shopping list freely at any time before the cut-off time.
In order to avoid any possible discrepancies in article numbers, quantity, color or size of IKEA merchandise and to make sure we have the correct and up to day shopping list at the time of shopping at IKEA store, you have to provide your complete updated shopping list as one file when you make changes to your shopping list.

Shopping List Cut Off Time

The final shopping list should be provided by 6pm the day before delivery. Please make all the necessary changes beforehand. Changes to the shopping list cannot be done after 6pm the day before delivery.

Exchange of Defective Merchandise

If any parts are damaged during assembly or transportation, we will exchange all defective merchandise free of charge. If we deliver items which are defective due to manufacturing error, we will also exchange the defective items free of charge.

If we are only hired to assemble the furniture (third party provided delivery service), and if we encounter any manufacturing defects or missing parts during assembly, in such case we do not exchange or obtain the spare parts free of charge.

Disposal of Empty Packaging

We will collect the empty packaging upon completion of assembly and move it to the disposal area within the building such as compactor room or the building’s basement. We do not haul away empty packaging, unless specific arrangements have been made beforehand.

Certificate of Insurance (COI)

We are insured and can provide COI for your building upon request. Your building’s legal information has to be included in the COI. You have to contact your building’s management and obtain the sample COI / requirement’s paper and forward it to us. Our insurance broker will prepare the custom COI for your building within 2 business days. The insurance cannot be arranged the same day as the third parties are involved.

Wall Mounting

We can only mount shelves and cabinets on drywall (also known as sheetrock, gypsum board or plasterboard), which is the most common type of wall. We do not work with exposed brick, tiles or concrete walls. We do not do mounting on the ceiling or the floor.

Disassembly and Reassembly

IKEA furniture is not designed to be disassembled and reassembled. In order to provide smooth experience for our customers, we can only assemble new items and do not provide disassembly or reassembly services.
